We eat mediterranean food: fruit, vegetables, olive oil, meat, fish...we eat very good and a lot of things.
Our favourite drinks are wine, beer, sangria, cider and cokes.
In general, we don´t like eat in fast foods restaurants.Sometimes we eat a sandwich, but we prefer restaurants with "menú del día".
After lunch, the best thing that we can do is have a "siesta", because normally we go to bed late.
I agree that the Mediterranean diet is much healthier than the high-in-fat Scots one. The Spanish eat very WELL.
The Spanish also drink a lot. I was surprised how popular whisky was. Spain is apparently the top importer in the EU of the drink. But nobody in Scotland drinks it with coke!
You can have a siesta or have a nap! It is probably the best Spanish invention.
